Self-check-in System
We have introduced 'self-check-in system' and unattended management of the accommodation without staff to guide or explain to you.
We will send you an email separately on “how to unlock/check-in”. Please be sure to read it through in advance.
Unlocking the key
A digital lock (Smart Lock) has been introduced. Please unlock it with the following steps.
- 1: Upon your arrival at the guest room, press the button in the center of the device above the door knob.
- 2: After a number appears, enter the security code you received in the guidance mail.
- 3: Press E at the end
* The security code will be automatically disabled once you check out.
Check In
We have introduced a check-in system using a tablet terminal. Please check in with the following steps.
- 1: After you enter the room, please tap on the tablet terminal on a counter on the first floor.
- 2: Follow the navigation to use the touch screen.
- 3: On the Enter Reservation Number screen, enter your reservation number you received in the email.
- 4: The tablet camera will take a photo of your passport.
- 5: It will then take a photo of you.
- 6: You will be connected to our customer center and our staff will verify your identity.

Check Out
Please tap on the checkout button on the tablet to check out.
Checkout will be completed only with the tablet. You can leave the room without calling or contacting us.

you need to check-in at a place different from tsurezure an (3 minutes' walk)

The Concierge Counter at our associated facility, which is a 3-minute walk from tsurezure an, will welcome you for check-in and you will receive the unlocking code for your room.
Please come to the 6th floor of the facility for check-in. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Leaving your luggage
The Concierge Desk (at the Front Desk of Hotel “Common de Hostel & Bar”) will hold your luggage before check-in and after check-out.
Please bring your luggage directly to the Concierge Counter.
Private Parking Lot for Concierge Counter
There is no private or affiliated parking lot available.
Please park your car at a nearby metered parking lot.
